At Tech First, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help lead Agile delivery for the modernization of critical legacy systems.
What You Will Do:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Partner with engineering leads to track progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones
- Coach teams on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Remove blockers and enable teams to maintain consistent delivery and sprint velocity
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Product, QA, DevOps, and Engineering
- Support teams working with modern technologies including React, Node.js/Java, PostgreSQL, and AWS
