As a NOC Analyst, you will monitor and maintain systems and networks to ensure efficient performance. You will respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with support teams to resolve downtime. Daily tasks include system monitoring, incident management, and documentation of procedures and problems.
Requisits
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2+ years of experience in a technical support or networking role
Experience with network monitoring tools, incident management systems, and basic networking concepts
Knowledge in troubleshooting and problem resolution
Certifications in network technologies (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
