Key responsibilities:
Design a technical foundation for an enterprise AI interviewing platform capable of absorbing client-by-client variation without losing development speed
Turn specific client needs into reusable platform capabilities—no per-client hacks, no parallel product branches
Ensure critical flows are tested, observability is real, releases are safe, and errors surface before clients see them
Integrate compliance, modular architecture, and scalable integrations as core platform capabilities
Leverage AI agents across development, QA, debugging, triage, incident response, and documentation to multiply team capacity
Reduce latency between production signals and deployed fixes through better feedback loops and tooling
Lead technically while remaining hands-on—making architecture and product decisions that stick
