We're seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. In this role, you'll design, build, and deploy advanced ML models that address complex business challenges and drive meaningful impact.
You'll work on end-to-end ML projects, from research and prototyping to production deployment and optimization. Your responsibilities will include architecting scalable machine learning systems, building and training deep learning models using modern frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. You'll contribute to advancing the state-of-the-art in AI/ML, staying current with emerging technologies and methodologies.
Additionally, you'll mentor junior engineers, review code contributions, and foster a culture of technical excellence. You'll optimize model performance, ensure code quality and maintainability, and participate in architectural decisions that shape our technology stack.
