AI Recruiting Operations Specialist

This is not a traditional recruiting role.

The platform uses AI agents to source, engage, and qualify thousands of candidates every week. The role is to supervise and optimize these AI-driven workflows—stepping in when human judgment is required and ensuring the overall recruiting system runs smoothly.

Instead of manually sourcing candidates or sending outreach, you will operate as the human layer on top of an AI-native recruiting engine. You'll monitor candidate conversations, handle complex scenarios, improve agent performance, and help close hires that require a personal touch.

Think of this role as air traffic control for AI-powered recruiting: overseeing high-volume pipelines while intervening strategically when necessary. As the company scales, you'll also help define what AI-native recruiting operations looks like in practice.
