Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager in technology-driven environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile product development methodologies.
Experience with backlog management, roadmap planning, and prioritization frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
Strong skills in requirements gathering and user story definition.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the insurance industry, including: Policy lifecycle
Underwriting
Claims management
Billing operations
Knowledge of invoicing, billing cycles, and payment reconciliation systems.
Experience working with financial or transactional products.
